Dedicated, faith first support to thrive in your ministry

Here are some of the operational tasks I actually enjoy doing, the kind that genuinely deliver impactful results like strengthening your Christ-centered impact and enabling you to serve Him sustainably without burnout.

  • Keeping track of who your members are and what they’re working on to serve them on a spirit-level

  • Giving your members a reason to get involved and engaged by regularly checking in and holding them accountable along their journey

Community Management

  • Editing, formatting and scheduling so that the right content consistently reaches your audience

  • Taking on Canva projects so that you can stop spending way too much time tweaking and critiquing

Content Creation

  • Integrating your favorite tools so that they work together and you actually use the apps you’ve setup and are already paying for

  • Organizing workflows, SOPs, and other files so that when you start your work day, you know exactly what you should be working on, what can be automated or even outsourced *wink

Systems Implementation

FAQs

  • I think as Christian business owners, we have to be very careful with the time we spend in our businesses versus the time we spend in the word. Once I become familiar with your processes and autonomously take over those repetitive but essential administrative tasks (or maybe even tweak your systems), you’ll watch yourself become a better steward of your time.

  • 1.Service Request: You’ll submit a short but descriptive form so that I can understand your goals and where you need support.

2.Proposal: Once reviewed, I will let you know if your request can be accepted as is, proposed with revisions, or in rare cases, respectfully declined if it falls outside my scope or capacity.

3.Getting Started: Once we agree, we'll finalize a simple agreement outlining our collaboration. To ensure a smooth start, the signing of our agreement and initial payment are completed before we officially begin working together.

4.Ongoing Communication: In most cases, we’ll hop on an onboarding call to get caught up. I believe in clear and consistent communication via email or Google Chat to ensure we're always on the same page and that your needs are being met.

  • I really want to understand your specific needs and what feels right for your budget. So, in my service request form, you can tell me exactly what tasks or projects are weighing you down, and let me know the budget you have set aside for getting them off your plate. I'll take a look at everything and let you know what I can realistically tackle within that budget. My heart is to serve you well and honor your financial stewardship.
